2009 Windsurfer One Design & Junior One Championships was held on the 23rd - 26th January at Port Stephens.
Windsurfer One Design Open Fleet -  Racing with former Olympians and world champs, and sailors from every state in Oz. No gear problems, just fun. Close, tactical racing. Weight divisions, age divisions and a women’s division to make sailing fair for everyone.  
Windsurfer One Design Silver Fleet - For the less experienced or more casual sailors. Start with the Open, but sail a shorter course if you want to. Other longboards over 3.6m and 16kg may be permitted- contact the organisers for more information.
Windsurfer One Design Classic Fleet - For all those who didn't have a current model One Design? The  “Classic” Windsurfer with a dacron sail and daggerboard raced with the main fleet, but were there own class.
